Robinhot Jeremia Lumbantoruan, a doctoral student in the Architecture and Urban Science Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), has submitted a dissertation proposal examining the relationship between environmental awareness and the practice of using demolition materials in the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Humbang Hasundutan Regency.
The Doctoral Program in Architecture and Urban Science at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara, announced that a student named Robinhot Jeremia Lumbantoruan has prepared a dissertation proposal entitled “Model of the Relationship Between Environmental Awareness and the Practice of Using Demolition Materials in the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Humbang Hasundutan Regency.”
This research focuses on the study of the circular economy, environmental awareness, and the reuse of demolition materials in the rehabilitation of livable housing through the BSPS Program. The study is expected to contribute to the development of architectural and urban science, particularly in the fields of sustainable development and community-based self-help housing.
