This socialization session serves as a strategic initiative to align perspectives and strengthen academic administrators' understanding of the program's objectives, mechanisms, and governance, ensuring coordinated implementation while respecting the regulations and unique characteristics of each study program. 28 July 2026

International Collaborative Action: Implementing Integrated Waste to Resource Management through Academic Collaboration between USU and USM at the USU Integrated Waste Management Facility This international community engagement program was organized through collaboration between the Bachelor of Environmental and Civil Engineering, Master, and Doctoral Civil Engineering programs at USU and the Quantity Surveying Programme of the School of Housing, Building and Planning at USM. Involving undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, the activity promoted integrated waste to resource management through academic discussion, field observation, and collaborative recommendations at the USU Integrated Waste Management Facility. The program contributes mainly to SDG 12, while also supporting SDG 4, SDG 11, and SDG 17. 27 July 2026
