Medan – October 28, 2026, the Undergraduate Program in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, USU, conducted a briefing on preparations for construction training, targeting students from the 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts.
The briefing was related to a planned in-person training program organized by the Undergraduate Program in Civil Engineering in collaboration with the Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. The training is scheduled to take place at Universitas Sumatera Utara from November 2 to December 3, 2026.
The briefing agenda included providing information about building construction training, accepting prospective participants, and adjusting class schedules.
This activity primarily supports SDG 4 – Quality Education through preparations to provide students with access to construction training. SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals is also relevant because the planned program involves collaboration between the Undergraduate Program in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and its partner university in China.
