Universitas Sumatera Utara, through the Directorate of Education Development, announces the admission for Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the Academic Year 2023/2024.

• Online Registration: December 11, 2023 – January 6, 2024

• Data Confirmation & Exam Card Printing Deadline: January 8, 2024

• Academic Potential Test: January 10, 2024

• Interview & Field Exam: January 16 – 17, 2024

• Admission Announcement: January 22, 2024

• Re-registration for Admitted Students: January 24 – 28, 2024

• Document Verification: January 25 – 29, 2024

• Virtual Account Issuance: January 30 – 31, 2024

• Tuition Payment: January 31 – February 1, 2024

• Course Registration (KRS): February 2 – 4, 2024

• Classes Begin: February 5, 2024

General Requirements for Master’s (S2):

• Bachelor’s degree and transcript

• Drug-free certificate

• 3x4 photo

• 2 recommendation letters from lecturers/supervisors

• National ID card

General Requirements for Doctoral (S3):

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and transcript

• Drug-free certificate

• 3x4 photo

• 2 recommendation letters from lecturers/supervisors

• Dissertation proposal

• National ID card

Registration Fee:

• Master’s Program: IDR 750,000

• Doctoral Program: IDR 1,250,000
