The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara, opens New Student Admission for the Engineer Profession Program for the 2025 Academic Year. This program is designed for graduates of Bachelor (ST) and Applied Bachelor (STT) in Engineering who aim to pursue a professional engineering career.

General Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor (ST) or Applied Bachelor (STT) in Engineering

• Physically and mentally healthy, free from narcotics and addictive substances

Specific Requirements:

• Regular Path: For fresh graduates or those with sufficient engineering practice experience

• RPL Path: For graduates with at least 2 years of engineering field experience and professional practice

Administrative Requirements:

• Scan of Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript

• Work certificate/statement from institution

• ID card, 4x6 photo, medical certificate, and supporting documents as required

Registration Procedure:

• Selection fee: IDR 1,000,000

• Online registration & document upload: June 30 – July 20, 2025

• Administrative selection result: July 25, 2025

• Interview & assessment: July 28 – 29, 2025

• Announcement of admission: July 31, 2025

• New student registration & tuition payment: August 1 – 7, 2025

• Course registration (KRS): August 2 – 18, 2025

• Start of academic activities: August 19, 2025
