Description

The Undergraduate Program in Chemical Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has established a collaboration with PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP), a leading company in the pulp and paper industry, to implement the Industrial Internship and Industrial Practice Lecture programs for its students.

This initiative is part of the 2024 Kampus Merdeka Competition Program (PKKM), aimed at providing students with direct learning experiences in the industrial sector. USU Chemical Engineering students are given the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the pulp and paper production process, apply academic knowledge in a professional environment, and develop technical and managerial skills aligned with industry needs.
