Description

The Undergraduate Program in Chemical Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has established a collaboration with PT Sari Dumai Oleo, part of the integrated palm oil industry group under Apical Group, to implement the Industrial Internship and Industrial Practice Lecture programs as part of the 2024 Kampus Merdeka Competition Program (PKKM).

 

Through this program, USU Chemical Engineering students are given the opportunity to be directly involved in the industrial processes of vegetable oil production and its derivatives. This hands-on experience includes understanding production processes, quality control, and the application of chemical engineering principles in a professional work environment.
