Description

The Construction and Automation Laboratory is an educational facility within the Undergraduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at USU, responsible for the execution of Integrated Machine Element Design (Capstone Design) I and II. These machine design and construction project assignments encompass conceptual design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of machinery. These assignments are conducted every odd and even semester, culminating in a regular exhibition of the projects held at the Mechanical Engineering Cyber Space Park at USU at the end of each even semester.
