Description

The Undergraduate Program in Chemical Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has established a collaboration with PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV) Aek Nabara and Batang Toru for the implementation of the Industrial Internship and Industrial Practice Lecture programs, as part of the 2024 Kampus Merdeka Competition Program (PKKM).

 

Through this partnership, USU Chemical Engineering students are given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the palm oil plantation and processing industry. Students are involved in various operational and technical aspects, from production processes to quality control, all of which are highly relevant to the field of chemical engineering.
