Emerson Pascawira Sinulingga, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D. was born in Medan on March 30, 1977. He is an Electrical lecturer at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, the School of Engineering, the University of Manchester, UK in 2014.
