Dr. Ir. Fatimah, M.T. was born in Pagarantonga, South Tapanuli, on June 17, 1964, and is a lecturer in Chemistry at Universitas Sumatera Utara. She completed a Doctoral Program in Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering at UKM in 2004.
