Reisya Ichwani, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., is a lecturer in the Undergraduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at the Universitas Sumatera Utara with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universitas Sumatera Utara, a Master of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Ph.D in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She has more than 6 years of research experience in the semiconductor field, particularly in thin-film device fabrication and semiconductor characterization. Reisya is known as a diligent, creative lecturer who has strong interpersonal communication skills with cross-disciplinary collaborators and is committed to contributing to the development of materials technology and Mechanical Engineering education at USU.
