Yasmine Anggia Sari, who was born in Medan on 23 October 1989, teaches Environmental Engineering at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. In 2016, she graduated with a Master of Environmental Engineering from the Environmental Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung.
