Muhammad Safril, S.T., M.T., a lecturer from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara, served as one of the trainers in the Soft Skill Competency-Based Training conducted by the Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Medan, formerly known as Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja (BBPLK). The 20-hour training covered six competency units and was attended by newly trained workers with a high school educational background.
