A safe and inclusive academic environment is an important part of supporting students' learning processes. In addition to strengthening academic capacity through scientific activities, efforts to raise awareness of bullying prevention are also necessary so that students can learn and participate in organizations in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
The Undergraduate Program in Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), supports the National Seminar Outreach and Anti-Bullying Awareness activities organized by the Architecture Student Association (IMA) of FT USU. These activities form part of efforts to strengthen a safe and inclusive academic environment while encouraging students to remain actively involved in developing their academic capacities.

The activities addressed two important aspects of student life: strengthening participation in scientific activities and increasing understanding of bullying prevention. Through these outreach activities, students received information about academic development opportunities while also being encouraged to understand the importance of maintaining healthy and respectful interactions within the higher education environment.
Bullying awareness is an important component because a conducive learning environment is determined not only by facilities and the learning process but also by relationships among members of the academic community. Awareness of the need to prevent intimidating, degrading, isolating, and other forms of bullying must continue to be developed as part of a healthy academic culture.
Through these activities, students were encouraged to care for one another and develop the courage to foster positive communication. This understanding is expected to help create a learning and student activity environment that provides a safe space for everyone to learn, discuss, express opinions, and grow.
The involvement of IMA FT USU in organizing these activities demonstrates the role of student organizations as partners of study programs in building a more active educational ecosystem. Student organizations are not only spaces for developing leadership and creativity but can also contribute to raising issues relevant to student well-being, education, and academic development.
The collaboration between the Undergraduate Program in Architecture and IMA FT USU brings together academic capacity development and greater awareness of the learning environment. Student activities are directed not only toward developing competencies but also toward fostering an academic culture that supports a sense of safety and constructive participation.

The Undergraduate Program in Architecture, FT USU, hopes that students' awareness of the importance of bullying prevention will continue to grow while encouraging more active participation in various academic activities. These efforts form part of building a campus culture that respects diversity, supports student development, and makes the educational environment a safe space for growth.
This activity primarily supports SDG 4 – Quality Education through strengthening a conducive learning environment and providing opportunities for students' academic development. SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals is also relevant through collaboration between the study program and student organizations in organizing activities. FT USU continues to support student activities that strengthen learning, scientific participation, and an inclusive academic environment.
