The BNSP-Certified Chemistry Laboratory Attendant Certification Training was held by Ganesa Inti Persada on July 31, 2024. Afiifah Radhiyatullah and Herni Santi successfully graduated with competent status, improving their work skills in the chemistry laboratory.

Ganesa Inti Persada successfully organized a BNSP-certified training program for chemical laboratory technicians, aimed at enhancing the competencies of chemical laboratory personnel in accordance with national standards. The training was attended by two selected participants, Afiifah Radhiyatullah, S.T., and Herni Santi, who successfully passed all training and certification stages, earning the status of "Competent."

The training was conducted on July 31, 2024, where participants received comprehensive materials on chemical laboratory operations. The program assessed several competency units, including:

  1. Participating in environmentally friendly work practices
  2. Operating within a controlled laboratory/work environment
  3. Communicating with others
  4. Recording and presenting data
  5. Maintaining the suitability of laboratory and workplace facilities
  6. Ensuring workplace safety in laboratory environments
  7. Collecting routine on-site samples
  8. Handling and transporting samples or equipment
  9. Preparing working solutions

Guided by experts in laboratory operations and directly certified by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), participants demonstrated their competence in working within chemical laboratory environments. This certification is crucial as it not only validates technical skills but also ensures that technicians can work according to nationally recognized standards.

Afiifah Radhiyatullah and Herni Santi have now achieved "Competent" status and are ready to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the training to their daily laboratory tasks, both in academic and industrial settings.

This training program is expected to continue, equipping more laboratory personnel with nationally recognized certifications and contributing to improved operational standards in chemical laboratories across Indonesia.
