Robotics training for students of the Bukhori IIBS Islamic Boarding School is a form of community service chaired by Tigor Hamongan Nasution whose members are Ainul Hizriadi (Information Technology), Fahmi (Electrical Engineering) and Soeharwinto (Electrical Engineering) to provide students with the ability to design simple robots.

He stated that Surveillance robots are divided into several types that can reach various fields such as land, water, air. Tigor said that of the several types, his team conducted training to design types of Surveillance robots, especially on land. "The robot is equipped with a camera that can send images to controlling devices on smartphones connected via a wireless network with the Wifi protocol," he explained. Using Wifi is widely used in robotic design because of its sufficient speed and range. The supervisor of the Bukhori Foundation, Sisi said, dedication to making robots is in line with the vision of the Bukhori IIBS Islamic Boarding School, one of which is to make students excel in the field of Information Technology (IT). it is carried out to support the needs of the IT industry both internationally and nationally and has an Islamic character," he said.
Sisi also does not deny that so far this is still his main focus to make pesantren graduates have masters in the IT field to compete in the professional world. With this dedicated training in the field of robotics, pesantren graduates, especially Bukhori IIBS, can compete internationally in the field of IT, especially robotics.
