Participation in the expo was mandatory for all students enrolled in the Capstone Design Project course. As an integral component of the course, the exhibition provided students with the opportunity to present both the design process and the outcomes of the engineering projects they had developed throughout the semester.
Beyond fulfilling course requirements, the exhibition also served as an interactive forum for students and lecturers. Through this platform, members of the academic community exchanged innovative ideas, practical experiences, and technical insights related to advancements in mechanical engineering.
The primary outcome of the event was the successful organization of an internal exhibition featuring the Capstone Design Project course participants and their engineering design works.
The event strongly supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by promoting project-based learning and providing a platform for knowledge exchange. It also contributes to SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) by fostering students' innovation capacity through the engineering design process.
