The Design Build Competition (KRB) at Universitas Udayana - Bali is a competition to attract young intellectuals who are reliable in the field of Civil Engineering on a national scale. So, it is expected to continue to be creative and find the right solutions that can be useful in the environment around them. The Design and Build Competition was first held in 2010 and received considerable attention from several universities throughout Indonesia.
In 2020, the Design Competition (KRB 2020) of Universitas Udayana - Bali was held again with the National Concrete Competition with the theme "Innovation Of Eco-Friendly Self Compacting Concrete" with the Top 5 Finalists who passed, namely from 1. SS-02 N1CS ( Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret) 2.GAMATAMU ( Universitas Gajah Mada) 3.KANAKA S60 ( Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Noveber) 4.Tim TORSI I ( Universitas Sumatera Utara) 5. Team TORSI II ( Universitas Sumatera Utara), where the Delegation of Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering USU, namely from the Laboratory of Materials and Concrete Engineering Team Torque I USU (Eka Fadli Rasyid Siahaan 16-010, Oktarino Ellysses Pratama 16-038, Albi Imawan Siregar 18-038) and Team Torque II USU (Wahyu Abdillah 16-095, Ahmad Fahreza 18-050, Rizky Ibnu Maulana Sitorus 18-004) with supervisor Ir. Torang Sitorus, M.T. managed to achieve the proud achievement of 1st place (Torsi II USU Team) and 2nd place (Torsi I USU Team) at the National Concrete Competition themed "Innovation Of Eco-Friendly Self Compacting Concrete" Udayana University - Bali.
Hopefully, it will be a motivation for students of the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering USU, to participate in competitions and compete and develop creativity.
