Medan, July 27, 2026 – The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU) held its regular morning assembly on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (WIB) in the Faculty's parking area. The event was attended by all academic staff and administrative personnel within FT USU. On this occasion, the Environmental Engineering Study Program served as the organizing unit, while Dr. Amir Husin, S.T., M.T. officiated as the assembly supervisor.

The morning assembly is one of the Faculty's regular activities aimed at strengthening workplace discipline, coordination, and solidarity. It also provides an opportunity to deliver institutional updates, enhance internal communication, and reinforce a shared commitment to carrying out institutional duties and responsibilities.

The participation of academic and administrative staff reflects the importance of synergy among all members of the Faculty. Effective coordination is essential to support the smooth delivery of academic and administrative services, research, community engagement, and various institutional development initiatives.

This activity contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions by strengthening institutional governance, discipline, and organizational coordination. It also supports SDG 4: Quality Education by helping maintain the quality of academic services and promoting professionalism among the Faculty's human resources.
