The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), participated in the Fashion Show Competition held as part of the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia and the Anniversary of Universitas Sumatera Utara on August 17, 2026. In the competition, FT USU won Second Place.

Participation in the fashion show was part of FT USU’s involvement in the university’s community-building activities. The event provided a space for creative expression and social interaction during the shared celebration at Universitas Sumatera Utara.
The activity primarily supports SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being through recreational activities and social interaction that can contribute to the well-being of the academic community. FT USU is committed to supporting the participation of its academic community in positive activities that foster creativity, togetherness, and engagement in university life.
