With deep sorrow, we, the big family of the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), convey our heartfelt condolences for the passing of our beloved lecturer:
Mr. Ir. Mangara Tambunan, M.Sc.
He has departed from us and returned to the presence of Almighty God.
Ir. Mangara Tambunan, M.Sc., was a lecturer who devoted his life to education and to the advancement of Industrial Engineering at USU. Over the years, his knowledge, wisdom, and sincerity have shaped thousands of alumni who are now serving in various sectors of industry and government. His contributions extended far beyond the classroom, touching the very character and integrity of his students.
His passing is a tremendous loss to the Industrial Engineering Study Program, the Faculty of Engineering, and the entire Universitas Sumatera Utara community. We have lost a teacher of integrity, a supportive colleague, and a fatherly figure filled with kindness.
We invite all students, alumni, lecturers, and staff to join in prayer, that the late Ir. Mangara Tambunan, M.Sc. be granted the best place by His side, that all his mistakes and shortcomings be forgiven, and that his family be given strength and patience in facing this loss.
