The Mechanical Engineering Program at Universitas Sumatera Utara held the Integrated Machine Element Design Project Exhibition on June 20, 2022, at Taman Cyber, Faculty of Engineering USU. The event showcased 33 creative student designs to foster innovation in mechanical engineering.

The Mechanical Engineering Program at Universitas Sumatera Utara held the Integrated Machine Element Design Project Exhibition on Monday, June 20, 2022, at Taman Cyber, Faculty of Engineering USU. The event was attended by the Secretary of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Mr. Suprianto, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., the Head of the Machine Construction Laboratory, Mr. Ade Irwan, S.T., M.T., Mechanical Engineering lecturers, and 33 student groups participating in the Integrated Machine Element Design Project 2 course.

 


This exhibition demonstrated the creativity of Mechanical Engineering students in designing and innovating. A total of 33 prototypes were showcased, representing the students’ work from the Integrated Machine Element Design Project 2 course. It is hoped that this activity will motivate USU Mechanical Engineering students to further develop their creativity and skills in designing and creating machines that are beneficial to society.
