Medan, August 4, 2026 — The Mechanical Engineering Student Association of the Undergraduate Program in Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), held an audience meeting with the Dean of FT USU, accompanied by the Head of the Subdivision for Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs. The meeting discussed the proposal for the Engineering Expo planned by the student organization.
The discussion focused on the Engineering Expo as outlined in the submitted proposal. The forum served as a platform for communication between students and faculty leadership to discuss the proposed activity while it remains in the planning stage.
The audience meeting is expected to help the Mechanical Engineering Student Association refine its activity plan and align it with institutional procedures. The process also supports students' learning experiences in developing programs, presenting ideas, and managing organizational activities responsibly.
This activity primarily supports SDG 4: Quality Education by strengthening students' learning through the planning and management of organizational activities.
