The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), delivered Material X on Academic Regulations as part of the second day of PKKMB FT USU 2026 on August 13, 2026.

The session formed part of the faculty’s orientation program to introduce new students to the regulations that serve as a reference for academic activities throughout their studies. Through this material, students were encouraged to understand the importance of complying with academic provisions and taking responsibility for their roles as members of the university community.

The activity primarily supports SDG 4: Quality Education by strengthening students’ understanding of educational governance and academic processes. It is also relevant to SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through the transparent introduction of academic regulations and governance to new students.

Through this activity, FT USU reaffirms its commitment to fostering an orderly, transparent, and responsible academic culture that supports students throughout their educational journey.
