On Monday, May 3, 2021, at 4:00 PM, a leadership upgrading session themed "Administration and Secretariat" was held at the Secretariat of Ikatan Mahasiswa Mesin (IMM). The event was led by Thoriq Bihaqqi, a former board member of IMM for the 2019/2020 term.
The upgrading session aimed to enhance the competencies of IMM board members in managing organizational administration, particularly in correspondence and inventory management. Secretariat administration itself involves the entire process of organizing office tasks and other supporting activities to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals.
