USU PR - This year, the Student Achievement Selection (Pilmapres), with the theme "Sustainable Development Goals," is held in two categories: the PILMAPRES Bachelor's Program and the Pilmapres Diploma Program. The difference in organization between these two categories lies in the procedures, criteria, and assessment methods. This was conveyed by the head of the PILMAPRES jury team at Universitas Sumatera Utara, Prof. Dr. Dwi Suryanto, M.Sc., during the Pilmapres Appreciation Day event at the Pancasila Building, USU, on Friday, April 13th.
The PILMAPRES 2018 jury announced the official ranking and selection results of outstanding students for the year 2018, and Bangkit Kali S. Sipahutar, from the Bachelor's Program, Faculty of Engineering, successfully secured the Second Primary Outstanding Student title.
This year, the Pilmapres stages at the USU level began with the selection of outstanding students at the faculty level, conducted by the 15 faculties at USU. After the best-performing students at the faculty level were selected from each faculty, the process continued to the university-level selection stage. Subsequently, the best-performing students at the university level will represent USU in the national-level outstanding student selection.
