Partner’s Satisfaction
The implementation of a survey of collaboration partners aims to improve the quality of
collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara. This effort is
not only to enhance collaboration but also requires a monitoring process involving active
communication between the monitoring team and collaboration partners. As a result, this
collaboration is expected to have a positive impact and benefits for both parties, as well
as encourage partners to continue the collaboration, such as extending the MoU, MoA, and IA
with the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara. Therefore, upon the
expiration of the MoU, MoA, and IA between the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera
Utara, and its partners, it is important to conduct a partner's satisfaction survey
regarding the collaboration that has been established.
