We invite you to attend a valuable General Lecture organized by the Industrial Engineering Study Program – Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). This event will feature leading experts in Industrial Engineering who will discuss two essential pillars of modern systems engineering: Optimization and Simulation.

 

This General Lecture will be delivered directly by Prof. Nurhadi Siswanto, S.T., MSIE., Ph.D., serving as the Chair of BKSTI Central. He will be accompanied by Prof. Ir. Aulia Ishak, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., serving as the Chair of BKSTI Sumatra Region 1. Discussion Topic: Optimization & Simulation. In the era of Industry 4.0, the ability to optimize processes and simulate various scenarios is the key to intelligent decision-making and maximum operational efficiency. This general lecture will thoroughly explore:

  • In-depth concepts of Optimization Models and Simulation Techniques.

  • Practical applications of Optimization and Simulation in various industrial sectors, ranging from manufacturing and logistics to supply chain management.
