Description

New students of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), who are unable to attend the PKKMB FT USU 2026 attribute collection in person may authorize another person to collect the attributes on their behalf by presenting an official letter of authorization.

Attribute Collection Details:

Day/Date: Tuesday, August 4, 2026
Venue: Faculty of Engineering Hall, Universitas Sumatera Utara
Special Time for Authorized Representatives: Starting at 11:00 a.m. WIB

Authorized representatives must follow the attribute collection procedures established by the organizing committee, starting with data verification, followed by the collection of the goodie bag and university blazer, and concluding with the signing of the receipt acknowledgment.

The authorized representative must bring the following documents:

  • The original letter of authorization, signed by both the Authorizing Party and the Authorized Representative and affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty.
  • A photocopy of the Authorizing Party's identification card.
  • A photocopy of the Authorized Representative's identification card.

The letter of authorization is valid for one attribute collection only and may not be transferred to another party. All information provided in the letter remains the responsibility of the Authorizing Party. The Authorized Representative must present the letter of authorization, submit the required identification documents, and sign the attribute collection receipt.

New students and authorized representatives are advised to ensure that all required documents have been completed accurately and correctly before arriving at the venue so that the collection process can proceed in an orderly, smooth, and efficient manner in accordance with the committee's regulations.
