Based on the Rector’s Decree of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 4080/UN5.1.R/SK/HK.03/2026 concerning the Appointment of the Head of the Administrative Office and Managers at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara, the appointments are effective from September 1, 2026, to September 1, 2027.

  1. Akmalunnisa, S.T., has been appointed as Head of the Administrative Office of FT USU.
  2. Reisya Ichwani, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., has been entrusted with the responsibility of serving as Manager of Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs.
  3. Fitri Rowiyah Rambe, M.T., has been appointed as Manager of Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Academic Infrastructure.
  4. Emma Patricia Bangun, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., has been entrusted with the responsibility of serving as Manager of Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Internationalization.

The division of these areas of responsibility serves as the basis for coordinating services and implementing programs within FT USU. The Rector’s Decree also stipulates the provision of rights and duties. The impact on service quality will depend on program implementation and performance evaluation throughout the term of office.

These appointments most directly support SDG 16—Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions through the strengthening of institutional structure, accountability, and governance. Management support for education, student affairs, and academic infrastructure is also related to SDG 4—Quality Education.

FT USU is committed to building professional, coordinated, and service-oriented governance. The new management structure is expected to strengthen the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education and support the achievement of faculty programs responsibly and sustainably.
