M. Ridwan Anas was born in Medan on August 5, 1976, and is a lecturer in Transportation at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. He completed a Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (FTSL) of Bandung Institute of Technology in 2018.
