Muhammad Aswin ST, MT, Ph.D was born in Medan on April 18, 1969. Currently, he is a Civil Lecturer at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. He completed his doctoral degree (S3) at the University Teknologi Petronas Malaysia in 2019.
