Dr. Ir. Nursyamsi S.T., M.T., born in Medan on June 23, 1977, is a lecturer in the discipline of Concrete Materials at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. In 2021, he received his doctorate from the Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Study Program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. He was honored with the Satyalancana Karya Satya X Year award.
