The experience gained is not only a valuable moment, but also a very useful foundation when applied in the scope of work. During my education, I had the opportunity to learn from lecturers who not only had a high level of experience, but were also able to deliver the material in a fun way.

Hopefully in the future, Industrial Engineering at the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) will be able to continue to develop itself and improve its quality so that it can become a department that is increasingly superior and relevant in the midst of dynamic industrial development.

During my studies at the Industrial Engineering Study Program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), I gained a very valuable experience. Through this educational journey, I not only gained in-depth knowledge of various technical aspects of the industry, but also developed the ability to formulate effective and efficient thought concepts so that the resulting thought concepts are relevant and have a positive impact.

The lecturers are qualified in their fields. They have broad and deep expertise in their respective disciplines. Each lecturer has a wealth of practical experience that makes a valuable contribution to students' understanding of the course material.

As a batch 22 student, my pride is unstoppable when I see myself becoming part of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) family. Studying at the USU Master’s Program in Industrial Engineering has given me an unforgettable experience. Every step I took during this academic journey made valuable contributions to my personal and professional development.

I feel very fortunate to be able to follow the educational process in the Industrial Engineering Study Program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. This experience is truly satisfying because this study program has lecturers who are not only experts, but also experts in the field of industrial engineering. Their presence is not only as educators, but also as inspirational mentors who provide deep insights into the latest developments and practical applications of the science.

With continuous efforts and dedication from all related parties, it is hoped that the USU Master's and Doctoral Program in Industrial Engineering can achieve increasingly brilliant achievements. Hopefully, the USU Master's and Doctoral Programs in Industrial Engineering can continue to grow and make a significant contribution to the academic world and be able to produce quality graduates who are able to compete at the international level.

This campus has quite complete facilities and infrastructure, making it easy for students to explore knowledge and develop themselves. Available facilities include a modern library, up-to-date laboratories, and comfortable lecture rooms. In addition, the advantage of this campus also lies in the presence of qualified lecturers.

I am proud to be part of the Master’s Program in Industrial Engineering at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. I gained hard skills and soft skills in the field of industrial engineering. As a lecturer, the knowledge I get is very useful in opening students' insight in applying industrial engineering in everyday life and the world of work. Thank you to the academic community of Universitas Sumatera, especially the Master of Industrial Engineering.

Going forward, it is highly expected that services to students at the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) can be improved, especially in terms of easy access to the various programs offered by the university.
