September 23, 2026, the Faculty of Engineering USU facilitated the collection of Student ID Cards (KTM) for the 2026/2027 Academic Year, held at the Multipurpose Hall of the Faculty of Engineering USU.

The service process was handled directly by Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), while the Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs Staff of the Faculty of Engineering USU also monitored the activity to assist with service coordination within the faculty. The service was intended for 1,146 students. Before participating in the collection process, students were required to bring their original ID cards (KTP), a photocopy of their ID cards, and writing utensils as administrative requirements.

This activity primarily supports SDG 4 – Quality Education through the provision of administrative services that support students' educational activities. Its relevance to SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions is reflected in the coordinated administrative services organized by the Faculty of Engineering USU and BTN.
