Medan, 3 August 2026: The Faculty of Engineering of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU) held the PKKMB FT 2026 Committee Plenary Meeting at the FT USU Hall, with an agenda focusing on the preparation and implementation of PKKMB 2026.

During the meeting, the FT USU PKKMB committee received a presentation on the PKKMB regulations and participated in a joint discussion as part of efforts to establish a common understanding before the activity was implemented. The forum served as a coordination platform to ensure that all committee members understood the established provisions and implementation guidelines.

In addition to discussing the regulations, the activity also included the arrangement of PKKMB attributes and a simulation of the attribute collection process in the hall area. These administrative and logistical preparations were part of efforts to support the smooth implementation of the PKKMB series and help the committee review the service flow for new students. The plenary meeting strengthened internal communication and coordination among committee members.

This activity primarily supports SDG 4 - Quality Education through the preparation of an orientation program that helps new students become familiar with the campus environment and campus life governance. The activity is also relevant to SDG 16 - Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through strengthened coordination, procedures, and activity governance.
