Medan – October 1, 2026, the Faculty of Engineering USU served as the officers for the Pancasila Sanctity Day Ceremony held in the front courtyard of the Rector's Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara.

Several lecturers and education personnel of FT USU carried out duties during the ceremony.

  • Annisa Rahmah Manurung, S.Pd. served as the master of ceremonies;
  • Ir. Muhammad Agung Putra Handana, S.T., M.T. was responsible for the reading of Pancasila;
  • Fitri Rowiyah Rambe, M.T. read the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution;
  • Ir. Ilham Perkasa Bako, S.T., M.T. read the Pledge; and
  • Sanjaya Baroar Sakti Nasution, S.T., M.T. led the prayer.

The involvement of FT USU as ceremony officers formed part of the faculty's contribution to supporting the implementation of institutional agendas of Universitas Sumatera Utara. The structured distribution of duties also reflected the participation of the academic community in maintaining the orderliness and solemnity of the ceremony.

This activity primarily supports SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through strengthening national values, integrity, and participation in institutional activities. SDG 4 – Quality Education is also relevant through strengthening character education and national values within the higher education environment.

FT USU continues to support institutional activities that strengthen academic culture, discipline, and shared responsibility.
