The meeting was attended by the study program leadership, accreditation team, and lecturers involved in preparing the accreditation documents. During the meeting, various components of the documents were thoroughly reviewed, including an evaluation of the study program's performance, refinement of the Self-Evaluation Report (Laporan Evaluasi Diri/LED) and Study Program Performance Report (Laporan Kinerja Program Studi/LKPS), as well as the completeness of supporting documents serving as evidence of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).

The assistance session aimed to ensure that each assessment indicator was supported by valid data, comprehensive analysis, and evidence of implementation demonstrating continuous quality improvement. Through joint discussions and evaluations, the accreditation team received various strategic inputs to strengthen the substance of the documents so that they could more effectively demonstrate the achievements, strengths, and development of the USU Chemical Engineering Study Program.

Through this assistance activity, the USU Chemical Engineering Study Program further strengthened its readiness to undergo the LAM Teknik accreditation assessment process while reaffirming its commitment to continuously improving the quality of higher education with national and international competitiveness through the implementation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) principles.

The activity also reflects the contribution of the USU Chemical Engineering Study Program to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education through the improvement of higher education quality, and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through strengthened governance, accountability, and sustainable quality assurance systems.
