On Wednesday, (05/10/2022), the Socialization of the ZI-WBK Bureaucratic Reform Program (Corruption-Free Zone Integrity Zone) in the USU Faculty of Engineering was held, which took place in the FT USU Hall. With speakers:
Cholina Trisa Siregar, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp.KMB (Faculty of Nursing - Nursing Science)
Dr. Nurman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc. (Faculty of Social and Political Sciences-Social Anthropology)
The event began at 09.00 WIB which began with remarks from the Dean of FT USU, Dr. Ir. Fahmi, S.T., M.Sc., IPM, and continued with the presentation of material from the speakers and questions and answers from participants who were attended by the Dean of FT USU, Lecturers in FT USU, Educators, Expert Staff, and FT USU Students.
ZI (Integrity Zone) is a predicate given to government agencies whose leaders and staff are committed to realizing WBK / WBBM through bureaucratic reform, especially in preventing corruption and improving the quality of public services. Meanwhile, WBK (Corruption Free Region) is a predicate given to a work unit that meets most of the criteria in implementing the six areas of change in the bureaucratic reform program (change management, structuring management, structuring HR management systems, strengthening supervision, and strengthening performance accountability) and the results of the external survey Good Corruption Perception Index, and has completed the follow-up of Internal and External Audit Results).
This socialization activity can be implemented in everyday life and not only in administration to build a USU and FT USU environment, in particular, that is more integrity and free from acts of corruption. Greetings of Healthy, FT Great!
