The essay writing competition held by the Indonesian Student Association in Hungary took place online on January 31, 2018, with the theme "The Role of Indonesian Students Towards Golden Indonesia 2045".
This essay writing competition is one of the programs designed to motivate students in Indonesia to channel their writing talents and ideas in building Indonesia towards Golden Indonesia 2045.
Students play a very important role in preparing the golden generation of Indonesia 2045. Because students are the dynamics of change in society towards better development (agents of change). Students are also in control over social changes that are/will take place. With the essay writing competition for students in Indonesia, it is hoped that it can increase the motivation, interest, talent, and ideas of students in Indonesia to play a role in Golden Indonesia 2045.
In the essay writing competition held by the Indonesian Student Association in Hungary, a USU Chemical Engineering student named Bangkit Kali Syahputra S. won third place with the title of his scientific work "Textile Wastewater Treatment Technology Using the Biolotion (Biological Adsorption) Method Through a Green Industry-Based Multilevel Filtering System Towards Golden Indonesia 2045".
