The Architecture Lecturer at the University of North Sumatra conducted the second stage of socialization in the context of community service in 2022, namely 'Community Empowerment in the Implementation of City Architecture in the Medan Maimun Area'. This socialization focuses on the presentation of design proposals made by the implementation team, held on Tuesday (23/08/2022) at the Medan City Mosque village office.

Community participation is expected to support community service activities so that the design can be realized. The designs made not only add to the beauty of the Jalan Court area, but can also improve the community's economy. In addition, to improve human resources, training or workshops will be given to the community, such as blacksmith training, product quality development training, food taste standard development training, and sewing training.
In the second phase of socialization, the Executive Team Prof. Ir. Nurlisa Ginting, M.Sc., Ph.D., IPM , Dr. Wahyuni Zahrah., ST., MS and Dr. Ar. Achmad Delianur Nasution, ST., MT., IAI., AA., IAP as a Lecturer at the Department of Architecture at the University of North Sumatra and an assistant lecturer namely Nursalsabila Puren, S.Ars. Also present at the second stage of socialization, namely Willy Irawan, ST, M.Ec. Dev (Head of Infrastructure and Regional Development Planning Agency of Medan City), Arwynta Nasution, ST (Sub Coordinator of Infrastructure and Regional Development Planning Agency III of Medan City) as service partner, Syawaluddin, ST as village head, Sri Wardhany, SE as Village Secretary, several active architecture students USU, and attended by 15 people who live on Jalan Hakim.
