Muhammad Safril, S.T., M.T., one of the DTE Lecturers, became one of the trainers in the Soft Skills Competency-Based Training organized by the Center for Job Training Development (BBPLK), currently called the Center for Vocational and Productivity Training (BBPVP) Medan. The training, which lasted for 20 hours, consisted of 6 competency units and was attended by workers who had just graduated from high school.
