The proposed program is primarily intended for graduates of the Chemical Engineering Study Program. However, opportunities were also discussed for alumni from the Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, and Environmental Engineering study programs.
Under the proposed scheme, participants would undertake a six-month internship, followed by a one-year Management Trainee (MT) program. Each stage is planned to include performance evaluations to determine participants' progression. Alumni who successfully complete the Management Trainee program would then be eligible to advance to the Supervisor Leader stage. If implemented, the program is expected to facilitate graduates' transition into the workforce by providing industry experience and a structured career development pathway.
