The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), held a Final Check and Document Submission Preparation meeting for the accreditation of the Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering on September 8, 2026.

The activity involved the Dean of FT USU, Prof. Dr. Ir. Renita Manurung, M.T.; Vice Dean for Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs of FT USU, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rosdanelli Hasibuan, M.T.; Head of the Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering, Ir. Gina Cynthia Raphita Hasibuan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D.; and the LAM Teknik Accreditation Team for the Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering.

The meeting focused on the final check and preparation for the submission of the LAM Teknik reaccreditation documents. The forum served as a consolidation stage to review the completeness, consistency, and interconnection of the documents before the submission process.

This activity primarily supports SDG 4—Quality Education through strengthening the quality assurance process of the Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering. SDG 16—Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions is also relevant through documentation, evaluation, and accountable academic governance. FT USU is committed to maintaining a systematic, collaborative, and evidence-based quality assurance process.
