The Faculty of Engineering USU held a Meeting of the Building Rental Management Team on August 28, 2026. The discussion focused on the team's tasks and other issues that arose during the meeting. This forum provided an opportunity for team members to align their understanding of the mandate, responsibilities, and coordination needs in managing faculty facilities.

This activity most strongly supports SDG 16 on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions through strengthening asset governance and clarity in the implementation of institutional mandates. Its contribution lies in a more coordinated management process, rather than in the results of building utilization, which were not yet available in the materials.

FT USU continues to promote accountable facility governance as part of its support for academic and institutional activities. The follow-up to the meeting is expected to clarify the team's work mechanisms in accordance with the dean's decision and applicable regulations.
