Medan, June 29, 2026 – The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), once again held its regular Morning Assembly, a routine activity aimed at strengthening discipline, enhancing coordination, and fostering a spirit of unity within the faculty. The assembly, held in the FT USU parking area, was attended by all academic staff and administrative personnel of the faculty.
For this session, the Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral Programs in Industrial Engineering served as the organizing committee for the assembly. Prof. Ir. Rosnani Ginting, M.T., Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN Eng. presided over the event and delivered remarks emphasizing the importance of maintaining discipline, professionalism, and strong collaboration in supporting the university's Tri Dharma—education, research, and community service—as well as improving the quality of services within the Faculty of Engineering.
The morning assembly serves as an effective platform for communicating important information, strengthening coordination among academic units, and aligning the implementation of faculty programs. It also provides an opportunity to reinforce a shared sense of responsibility and teamwork among members of the academic community in advancing effective faculty governance.
