Medan, July 31, 2026 – The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), held a Healthy Friday Volleyball Training session involving education personnel within FT USU.

The volleyball training provided an opportunity to encourage physical activity while fostering informal communication among education personnel. Interaction through group sports can contribute to a more friendly, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
The activity primarily supports SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being by providing education personnel with opportunities to engage in physical activity. It is also relevant to SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth through efforts to promote employee well-being and a positive workplace environment.
