Medis Sejahtera Surbakti, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), was a featured speaker on Metro TV’s Dialog Sumut program aired on August 22, 2019. He is also a lecturer in the Transportation Engineering Expertise Group at USU. The episode focused on the topic “Urban Toll Road in Medan”, a timely subject that drew public interest. Also joining the discussion was Isa Ansari, a USU Civil Engineering alumnus and the Head of Medan’s Public Works Office, providing both technical and policy perspectives.
