The Chemical Engineering Student Association (HIMATEK) FT USU for the 2026/2027 term held a Presidium Meeting on August 28, 2026.
The meeting discussed the preparation and progress of work programs across all divisions for the following month. The management members also evaluated previously implemented work programs as a basis for improvement in carrying out subsequent organizational agendas.
In addition to discussing work programs, the meeting served as a means of strengthening communication and togetherness among management members. Such interaction is important for supporting cross-divisional coordination within the HIMATEK organizational structure.
The activity supports SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through evaluation, coordination, and planning practices in student organizational governance. SDG 4: Quality Education is also relevant, as the meeting provided a learning experience in leadership, communication, and organizational responsibility.
Through regular presidium meetings, HIMATEK FT USU seeks to maintain the continuity of its programs and strengthen cooperation among management members. This process is expected to help the organization carry out student activities in a more focused, participatory, and responsible manner.
